Terms and conditions

  1. Rental Eligibility
  • Customers must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment.
  • A valid government-issued ID and contact information must be provided at the time of booking.
  1. Booking and Payment
  • All rentals must be paid in full prior to delivery or pick-up.
  • Payment confirms acceptance of these terms and secures availability.
  • Prices include standard cleaning and basic maintenance but exclude damages.
  1. Security Deposit
  • A refundable security deposit may be required per item.
  • Deposits are returned the soonest after return, but never later than 5 business days after the gear is returned in acceptable condition.
  1. Rental Period
  • Rental begins on the agreed date of delivery or customer pick-up.
  • Late returns incur additional charges, calculated as per the price list outlined for the specific gear on the website.
  1. Delivery & Pick-Up
  • Delivery and pick-up are available within specified service areas and must be scheduled in advance.
  • Customers must be present at the agreed time for both delivery and return.
  • Fees apply for unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability.
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers must inspect all items upon receipt and report any issues within 2 hours.
  • Gear must be used according to manufacturer instructions.
  • Items must not be sub-rented, resold, or transferred to third parties.
  1. Damages, Loss & Cleaning
  • Gear must be returned in the condition received, normal wear excluded.
  • Charges apply for excessive dirt, stains, missing parts, or damaged/lost items.
  • Replacement fees will be based on the retail value of the product.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the rental date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds for early returns or unused days.
  1. Liability
  • The company is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from improper use of rented items.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that gear is suitable for their child’s age, weight, and needs.
  1. Sanitation and Safety
  • All baby gear is professionally cleaned and safety-checked before and after each use.
  • Products meet relevant safety regulations and standards.
  1. Privacy
  • Customer data is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • No personal data will be shared with third parties without consent.
  1. Governing Law
